IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:All Chinese Consulates will be implementing a new submission/processing systems of Chinese visas starting September 29th. The details of the new system have not been released yet. Chinese Consulates will be closed October 1-3 for national holidays and to update their system. We should be able to get specifics on the new procedures the week of October 6th. Since this directive is coming directly from China, even the consulates’ employees do not yet know how the new system will work. Please expect delays in processing as the new system is implemented.
