OPTION A:

VISA PROVIDED BY THE

FLIGHT TRAINING CENTER (FTC)

• 777/787 Pilot (current/award)
  
• Initial Chinese visa application or renewal
  
• You are not required to carry your passport with you for at least 2-3 weeks (see CPO if you cannot meet this requirement)
  
• Provide completed paperwork directly to AVS
  

OPTION B:

PILOT'S RESPONSIBILITY

PLEASE CHOOSE THE OPTIONS BELOW

• 777/787 Pilot (current/award)
  
• Initial Chinese visa application or renewal
  

• You are not required to carry your passport with you for at least 3-4 weeks (see CPO if you cannot meet this requirement)
  
• Provide completed paperwork to FTC
  
• Upon receipt and entry of the visa into PR, the FTC will notify you to pick up your documents
  
• You will not receive an invoice or need to submit for reimbursement. Cost is covered 100% by United corporate.
