CHINESE CREW VISA FOR

FLIGHT ATTENDANTS

STEP 3: COSTS & PROCESSING TIMES (please note: processing times are estimated and can change at any time. The consulates do not provide specific dates of completion)

STEP 1: GATHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND FILL OUT APPLICATION FORMS:

*IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR "ALL OTHER STATES":new submission procedure initiated by the embassy. Passports will now be accepted on Wednesdays and released back with visas on Fridays of the following week. Make sure to time mailing your paperwork, so we can receive the originals by Monday or Tuesday and submit on Wednesday. Your visa will be ready either the following Friday (7 days) or Friday after that (12 days). There is no way to ensure that visa can be processed in 7 days instead of 12. It depends on how busy the embassy is every week.

Cost of the visa will be covered by United, so you do not need to provide your credit card information. Exceptions: if you have a valid visa to China and need to apply for a new one due to name change, loss of your previous passport or citizenship change, a total service fee of $150 will apply and you'll need to provide your credit card information.

Processing times are general and can be changed by the consulates without prior notice. When we receive your original paperwork, we will review and advise if anything is missing. If all documents are in order, pre-approval will be started first and once it comes through, your original paperwork will be submitted to the consulate for processing. Once paperwork is submitted, there is no way to retrieve your passport earlier, we must wait for your visa to be issued.
