STEP 4: RECEIVE VISA APPROVAL BY E-MAIL

*Please include our service fee and return delivery payment or a completed air bill. Incomplete payment, incomplete applications or documents and wrong application form will cause a delay in processing the above visa application.

** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Embassy fees are non-refundable once your paperwork is submitted to the Embassy. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Passport Agency and any Embassy. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will notify you immediately to let you know about the status of your application.

Quick facts about e-visas to Uganda:


--Uganda visas for US citizens are electronic
--US citizens can apply for tourist & business e-visas with the validity of single entry for 30 days or multi entry for 6mo, 1yr or 2yr
--All Uganda visas are valid from the date of issuance
--AVS can process visas for all applicants nationwide regardless of jurisdiction
--For non-US citizens- not all nationalities are eligible for e-visas. Please call our office to confirm: 313-922-8860
--Please note, originals are not required for e-visas. Everything is done by e-mail

TOURIST OR BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS: MULTIPLE ENTRY VISAS

  • One passport photo- can be e-mailed in JPEG format only

  • Two recommendation letters from references in Uganda- can be e-mailed in JPEG or PDF formats

  • Copies of passport pages showing proof of entry & exit to/from Uganda
  • For business visas: one business letter from US company stating need for multiple entry visa
  • For tourist visas: one letter from applicant stating need for multiple entry visa

Copies of all documents including passport copy must be e-mailed to us for processing. Original documents are not required. Visa approval will be e-mailed to you in 3-5 days. You will travel to Uganda with a printed copy of the approval notice and your passport will be stamped upon arrival at the airport in Uganda.
