STEP 1: GATHER THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ACCORDING TO THE PURPOSE OF YOUR TRIP

Copies of all documents including passport copy must be e-mailed to us for processing. Original documents are not required. Visa approval will be e-mailed to you in about 15 business days. You will travel to Thailand with a printed copy of the approval notice and your passport will be stamped upon arrival at the airport in Thailand. 

APPROVAL NOTICE WILL BE E-MAILED TO YOU IN ABOUT 15 BUSINESS DAYS OR AS SOON AS IT COMES THROUGH.

Quick facts about visas to Thailand:

--US citizens traveling to Thailand for tourist purposes do not need visas to Thailand if the duration of stay is less than 30 days. If you are staying longer than 30 days, please see requirements above

--US Citizens traveling to Thailand for business require visas. Thai Consulate calls business visas as non-immigrant visas
--AVS can process visas for all applicants nationwide regardless of jurisdiction
--All Thailand visas are valid from the date of issue.

--Visa validity can be: single entry 3mo or multiple entry 1yr

STEP 2: CALCULATE FEES (Embassy fees + AVS Service Fees)

TOURIST REQUIREMENTS- no visa required for US citizens for up to 30 day stay

• Copy of signed passport- must have a minimum of 6mo of validity left
  
• One passport photo (must be taken within last 2-3 months and on the white background)
  
• One visa application form (click here to download)
  
• One AVS order form (click here to download)
  
• Copy of flight itinerary
  
• Copy of hotel reservation
  
• Copy of applicant's most recent personal bank statement (minimum balance for single entry visa should be $1000 or $7000 for multiple entry visas)
  
• Employment verification letter (for multiple entry visas only)
  
• Copy of applicant's driver's license
  
• Copy of green card for non-US citizens (see special note about non-US citizens at the bottom of the page)
  

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS

• Copy ofsigned passport- must have a minimum of 6mo of validity left
  
• One passport photo (must be taken within last 2-3 months)
  
• One visa application form (click here to download)
  
• One AVS order form (click here to download)
  
• One business letter from US company (click here to download sample)- must specify single or multiple entry
  
• Copy of driver's license or passport of the person who signed the US business letter
  
• One letter of invitation from company in Thailand- must specify single or multiple entry
  
• Copy of Thai company registration certificate
  
• Copy of applicant's most recent personal bank statement (minimum balance for single entry visa should be $1000 or $7000 for multiple entry visas)
  
• Copy of flight itinerary
  
• Copy of hotel reservation
  
• Copy of applicant's driver's license
  
• Copy of green card for non-US citizens

*Please include our service fee and return delivery payment or a completed air bill. Incomplete payment, incomplete applications or documents and wrong application form will cause a delay in processing the above visa application.

** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Embassy fees are non-refundable once your paperwork is submitted to the Embassy. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Passport Agency and any Embassy. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will notify you immediately to let you know about the status of your application.
