STEP 2: CALCULATE FEES (Embassy fees + AVS Service Fees)

STEP 1: GATHER THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ACCORDING TO THE PURPOSE OF YOUR TRIP

TOURIST REQUIREMENTS

• Color copy of scanned US passport in jpeg format- must be valid for at least 6 months (click here to download sample)
  
• One passport photo in jpeg format- can be taken with a cell phone against a light smooth background (click here to download sample)
  
• One visa application form (click here to download)
  
• One AVS Order Form (click here to download)
  
• Copy of round trip flight itinerary
  
• Copy of most recent bank statement with minimum balance of $2,000 (this is NOT optional)
  
• Copy of Green Card for non-US citizens
  

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS

• Copy of most recent bank statement with minimum balance of $2000 (yes, this is required and is NOT optional)
  
• One business letter from US Company. The letter should be on company stationery and signed by a manager/director/supervisor, stating the following information:
  

--Nature of company’s/organization’s business or activities in Brazil.

--Applicant’s title, job description and monthly salary.

--Nature of business and activities to be conducted by applicant in Brazil.

--Name(s) and address(es) of Brazilian company(ies) with which applicant will conduct business.

--Contact(s) in Brazil: name(s), phone number(s) and corresponding position(s).

--Expected travel dates.

--Affirmation of company’s financial support of applicant while in Brazil.

--Affirmation that applicant will not provide any technical assistance or perform any salaried work while in Brazil (such activities require a temporary work visa).

• Copy of round trip flight itinerary

Copies of all documents including passport copy must be e-mailed to us for processing. Original documents are not required. Visa approval will be e-mailed to you in 7-10 days. You will travel to Brazil with a printed copy of the approval notice and your passport will be stamped upon arrival at the airport in Brazil.

*Please include our service fee and return delivery payment or a completed air bill. Incomplete payment, incomplete applications or documents and wrong application form will cause a delay in processing the above visa application.

** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Embassy fees are non-refundable once your paperwork is submitted to the Embassy. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Passport Agency and any Embassy. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will notify you immediately to let you know about the status of your application.
