** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Embassy fees are non-refundable once your paperwork is submitted to the Embassy. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Passport Agency and any Embassy. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will notify you immediately to let you know about the status of your application.

Quick facts about visas to Vietnam:

--US citizens qualify for tourist & business visa stickers with validity of 1 year, multiple entry
--AVS can process visas for all applicants nationwide regardless of jurisdiction
--For non-US citizens, maximum visa validity is 3 months multiple entry
--Vietnam visas are date specific. Your visa will be valid for the dates that you specify on the application form. Once the visa is issued, you cannot entry Vietnam earlier than the date of entry listed on the visa

--If you are unable to obtain Approval from Immigration Department of Vietnam, please apply for an e-visa. Maximum validity for e-visas is single or multiple entry for 30 days.
